Merging from M. avium intracellulare[edit]

I am proposing merging Mycobacterium avium intracellulare here, because that page refers to the organism by obsolete taxonomy. Scientific references showing why M. intracellulare is NOT a subspecies of M. avium, are quoted on Talk:Mycobacterium avium intracellulare#Species name "avium" is obsolete for M. intracellulare.

Page Mycobacterium avium intracellulare seems to have a good image that might be nice here. That page also contains info about M. intracellulare and AIDS, which might be useful here, although I would appreciate it if other editors reviewed the quality of that page prior to merging.

A related question, less clearly settled by published scientific experiments, is whether Mycobacterium avium complex, which has a lot of useful info, should be moved to "M. avium-intracellulare complex" which is linked by this main article, but does not yet exist.
