Either precise or concise[edit]

``NORSAR was one of the two first non-US sites included in ARPANET in 1973.``
  • It's totally up to you or anyone to be precise and/or concise to talk about anything. Exactly so is language in principle. So problematic it is, however, in practice. To be concise, you could only mention NORSAR; to be precise, however, you should mention UCL as practically the first European ARPANET/Internet node as practically the most epoch-making. Otherwise, whoever mentions NORSAR only misleads the whole world. You are beaten as far as I am not beaten. --KYPark (talk) 04:04, 26 October 2008 (UTC)
