The stadium is currently listed as having a 100k capacity if it's not a all seater but this isn't supported by the ref which actually saus it's 100k as an all seater. Various other refs suggest a capacity of 100k. My understanding is it was 100k during the commonwealth games but was later reduced but it's possible this was originally planned but it was cut down during construction (but the government and other parties 'neglected' to spread this around) or that it was never 100k but this was misinformation spread. AFAIK there was never any non seating capacity even during the commonwealth games. I guess it's also possible that some poorly located seats are not used. The 100.2k is particularly suspicious, sounds like a figure designed to beat any that are 100k, I don't remember the figure being 100.2k during the Commonwealth games. - The official website states a capacity of 100,000 with 200 spaces for handicap seating. It isn't clear whether or not the 200 is included in the 100,000, but i guess whoever wrote it up in the article didn't think so. 220.244.173.9 (talk) 16:01, 11 January 2012 (UTC)
