Membership[edit]

  • "no hate speech", "no violence or subversive behavior", "no racial discrimination", "no Birthers" and "no 9/12 Truthers".

These terms are in quotation marks but I don't see them in the linked source as quoted. Is there a different page which lists their policies? Otherwise it'd be better to rephrase it without the quotation marks. Something like, "NTPF requires its members to reject hate speech, violence, ..."   Will Beback  talk  23:09, 24 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

These were all taken from the bottom of the NTPF membership application which used to be a reference. Who removed it? --Kenatipo (talk) 16:21, 25 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Oops, I deleted that by mistake. I've restored it now. But it doesn't say "no hate speech", "no violence or subversive behavior", it says: "Our organization rejects hate speech", "Our organization rejects acts of violence or subversive behavior", etc. If we're going to put quotation marks around it then we'd need to use their exact text. I rewrote the line to say: The Federation requires that member groups reject hate speech, violence and subversive behavior, racial discrimination, the Birther theory, and the 9/11 Truth movement.[4] Is that OK?   Will Beback  talk  21:19, 25 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
It looks OK, thanks. --Kenatipo (talk) 21:28, 25 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
