This reads very much like an advertisement to me. --85.210.25.6 14:29, 16 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed! I will try to clean it up, add more information and remove the adverts. Aero Flame 21:21, 4 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have cleared up the article, removed the adverts, and added some more information. I will try to add some more. Aero Flame 21:35, 4 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nah, this is still an advertisment. It doesnt even touch on any of the extremely well publicised history such as the mismanagement by Brunswick that caused most of the senior management to resign.

This reads like a very poor advert. Needs serious editing.

If Plodderman (who is obviously a Navman employee) does any more "editing" he should be banned. 125.238.33.225 21:04, 21 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't get much advertising feel from this, but it's certainly a very poorly upkept entry. I don't know if it's worth mentioning the high failure rates of the S series s30-s90i models, but as a sales ass., it was certainly a trying time. --119.11.30.159 (talk) 12:14, 23 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup/update[edit]

I've started to do a bit of a cleanup and update of the page. Should this article be about the original Navman entities (so include info on Navman Wireless and Navman Marine) or reflect the current usage of the "Navman" name (ie: PNDs, with Navman Marine and Navman Wireless split off into new articles)?

Feel free to fill in the gaps, especially in cleaning up the "previous devices" section. My main source of info has been the Navman site, so is somewhat lacking when it comes to the older, discontinued, units. AntiStatic (talk) 07:46, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
