Affiliate list[edit]

I believe that the list of affiliates, in addition to receiving a major cleanup, needs to be split off as a new article, which should be located at List of Network One affiliates. The affiliate list articles for most networks -- even UATV and MTV2 -- are separate from the network's article, and Network One should be no exception. Anyone else agree? --WCQuidditch 16:45, 7 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah. I was thinking the same thing when I added some stuff a while ago. I don't, however, have the time or ambition to do it. MindScream 18:08, 7 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I split off the affiliate listing as requested. JMyrleFuller 4:08, 8 October 2006 (UTC)

Dispute of Network One History[edit]

I added the "disputed" tage for Network One, since I feel that the information presented is not correct. Being a latecomer to the large dish C-Band in 1997, I know for a fact that Network One was on the air at that time, and I think didn't close down until as late as 1998 or 1999.

Also, Network One's satellite signal was always in the clear until it folded. -- azumanga 23:33, 20 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Who said it was scrambled at any point? Anyway you are right. I got my decades screwed up. It should read early 1990s to late 1990's. My stupid head was on dumb mode that day when I wrote the history and I just hadn't noticed until you pointed it out. If I remember right I think it cratered it in about 98, just around the time the Syndicated Entertainment Television channel disappeared a few transponders down. If this solves the dispute, please make the changes and remove the tag. Nels Nielson 04:26, 22 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Changes made, per the above, though we still got to pinpoint the birth and death dates. Could anyone chime in? -- azumanga 04:12, 28 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:NetworkOne.jpg[edit]

Image:NetworkOne.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 05:16, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
