Page title and content[edit]

Based on the Chinese page (http://zh.wikipedia.org/九卿), this page should really be called the "Nine Ministries". These positions evolved during the Qin Dynasty and remained in existence certainly until the Ming Dynasty so they did not relate specifically to the Han Dynasty. Anyone agree that the page needs to be renamed and rewritten to reflect this? Philg88 (talk) 02:15, 7 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
