What is this "article" about?

I'm actually not sure what this "article" is about, both a rod and a staff? Dictionary.com suggests maybe I meant "Ningishzida" instead. Google only gives a few hits using this article's spelling, but more using the one suggested by Dictionary.com. Should this article be moved (renamed)? (I'm not sure these 2 are the same thing.) Either way, I'm adding a stub notice (a general one, since I don't know which specific one would fit), although it doesn't even qualify as that at the moment. Not sure if this subject is even notable, or should be deleted.
