Having the entire catalogue seems totally gratuitous, so I'm getting rid of that section. Discussion is welcome. SingCal (talk) 07:01, 10 December 2007 (UTC)
Edits to the Nonesuch Records Wikipedia page, from the label
We at Nonesuch Records noticed that there were a few errors in our existing Wikipedia entry and that a good deal of what we felt was interesting information on the label's history was missing. In order to promote transparency, we've added this information under the user name "Nonesuch Records." It has come to our attention that this might be construed as self-promotion. We feel that we are adding information in a reasonably unbiased tone, beyond the pride we take in discussing the many of the projects and artists with whom we have worked over the years.
We look forward to hearing the community's response, and hope you will find the history we have provided enjoyable and informative.
Personally, I think it's really only "self-promotion" when you are adding non-factual information intended for that purpose. I can see nothing in this entry to sounds like that. B. Polhemus (talk) 02:49, 6 March 2011 (UTC)
