Range[edit]

If this shrew doesn't extend down to Costa Rica, it doesn't extend down to South America. The range needs updating. - UtherSRG (talk) 03:09, 31 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

South America? It wasn't even thought to occur there before the Central American populations (Cryptotis orophila and Cryptotis tropicalis) were split off. It's correct now. Ucucha 06:19, 31 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

photo is incorrect[edit]

The pictured photo is not of Cryptois parva. It appears to be a Sorex sp. Perhaps the author mistook the Pygmy Shrew with the Least Shrew. How do we go about changing that? 69.204.178.219 (talk) 22:07, 13 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
