Clarification needed
[edit]This makes no sense to me "The Conservatives became the ruling party after gaining a majority of 1 from No Overall Control, however the Council still remains in control of Labour, due to it's mayor, John Harrison." Since the Tories have an overall majority how does the mayor give Labour control? Can someone clarify, please? Smile a While (talk) 15:22, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
