Nyah West is NOT a cammercial centre - Swan Hill is where everything is done. Nyah West has a Pub, (The Grand Hotel), 1 milk bar, a mechanic, a hardware store, a (small) supermarket, a butcher, and bugger-all else. More detail should be given to the rise of Nyah West as opposed to Nyah when the train line replaced the riverboat as a means of transporting produce, and the subsequent decline of Nyah West when the trains to Mildura ceased operating.
