Does this lens exist?[edit]

Apart from here, I've never seen a reference to a suffix L lens in this series. There are also no references, and the only hits I get on Google are for this page. I propose removing this page unless some evidence can be provided. Groogle (talk) 00:19, 18 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

See Olympus E-PL1 News Release.

A new dedicated M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 14–42mm f3.5–5.6 L lens (avail. in silver/black) is being simultaneously introduced as part of the E-PL1 Lens Kit and Double Zoom Kit. Based on the M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 14–42mm f3.5–5.6 introduced with the OLYMPUS PEN E-P1, it offers comparable performance and image quality with a low weight of just 133g.

Exists![edit]

I like this lens. I got it w/ an EPL1 around 2011, got stolen, got another 6 months ago, got stolen. I takes as good pictures as any lens but w/o extras as the page mentions, and it is slow in everyway esp combined with E-PL1. I don't think it came with the E-PL2 as that shows the "II R" designation around the web. In fact, I will edit this out right now source for change that includes pict of this "ED L". --John Bessa (talk) 20:51, 8 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
