Cleanup[edit]

I found this article in the clean-up list, and researched and reworked it. Most of the original is gone (with only three sentences there wasn't much to work with). I took away the npov tag, realized I shouldn't have, and just put it back.

How am I doing? This is my almost-first contribution. With 2 sentences and 7 links, it's a little lopsided, but the info on this group dries up after 2001 so there isn't much to say without getting into analysis of N. Ireland peace process (which wouldn't be encyclopedic).—Preceding unsigned comment added by Tea maven (talkcontribs) 05:33, 2 February 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I really can't figure out why you need the POV tag on this one, but the information leaves more questions--"They are comprised largely of members who disagreed with their organizations' faith in the cease-fire process."-- which organizations would those be? There's plenty of room in their history for expanding without digging into analysis of the whole peace process, not to mention what they actually took part in. Write more, please. 1970s Orange Volunteers[edit]

No mention is made of the fact that a significant but unrelated organisation known as the Orange Volunteers existed in the 1970s and took part events such as the UWC strike of 1974 and later Paisley-led strike of 1977. See the entry on the CAIN website. This should be mentioned at least, possibly it would be sufficiently notable to warrant a page of its own.
