Badly Written Article II

I hoped that my edits helped out, but this article is still in need of alot of help! The lists should be uniform in capitalization and punctuation. The section titles should also be uniform in capitalization. Also, the sections, which are essentially lists, are extremely ambiguous. They have no explanations, such as, "a cluster is . . ."

Badly Written Article I

This page was created with horrendous English. Everything is vague. I tried my best to correct the errors, but I am sure that some misinterpretations resulted. I found part of the article on the website of Alliance Paris Universitas. It is below, if anyone can correct any errors in the introduction with a better translation - I don't read French:
