I finished a free translation based on the Spanish article of the subject. I'm still learning about editing and formatting on wiki, so I would appreciate if somebody could take care of that. The article in Spanish still has a lot of work to do, and the English versions reflects it. Both of them need urgent expansion and sources... neither one has sources.
