My article, "Parviz Gharib-Afshar" should not be deleted for copyright infringement of icanproduction.com
The reason for this is that I actually own icanproduction.com and all of it's content.
I added the information to the website so that I would have an actual URL reference, because the real reference was Mr. Gharib-Afshar himself, and there didn't seem to be a way to make that work. As you can see, I have deleted the information off the website and now I'm not sure what to do about having a valid reference for the article so that it won't be deleted. If someone could please advise me on what to do, that'd be great!
Thank you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Glaan (talk • contribs) 03:39, 1 March 2009
- Hi. You do not have to remove the page from your website to prove that you are the owner of it. Wikipedia has a process to verify that you own the website. I have contacted a user who should be able to help you with this. -- IRP ☎ 03:51, 1 March 2009 (UTC)

- I have left a note for the contributor explaining the verification process. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 12:36, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
Just as a note this article is currently the subject of a OTRS ticket (#2009030810022323), and I am currently working on verifying this information. Tiptoety talk 00:39, 13 March 2009 (UTC)
- Thank you. I just want to add that the information in the biography was attained by an interview that myself and my team had with Mr. Gharib-Afshar himself. I plan on posting more biographic articles in the future, all having been attained by personal interviews. This is why it's a bit difficult for me to cite my sources, and I can only post the link to the same biography on my website. I am only worried of having to deal with these same problems over and over with each article I post. Glaan (talk) 16:22, 24 April 2009 (UTC)
