Patty and Selma are not the same person. Just because they have the same voice does not make them the same character. They are different people with different dreams and different experiences. They should have separate articles. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.233.36.143 (talk)

It's because their characters are so closely tied to eachother and always appear together. It's like how Kang and Kodos is just one article. Harry Blue5 (talk) 22:24, 12 June 2010 (UTC)

Quoting the article, we have:

"Patricia "Patty" Bouvier is the younger of the two" and
"Selma Bouvier-Terwilliger-Hutz-McClure-Stu-Simpson-D'Amico was born two minutes after Patty"

which would make them both the younger. I watched the episode given as a reference ("There's Something About Marrying", 16x10), but couldn't see any clear indication of their respective ages.
Can someone try and fix this?
