I would like to have you change a detail about who can donate: Anyone can donate. Church affiliation is not a prerequisite as you can see on the donation page of the LDS Church Philanthropies, https://secure.lds.org/ldsfoundation/give/1b/1,19361,407-1-RERGNTM0NTQxODQ2MTA%3D-10-211,00.html

Scott, hopefully this latest edit clarified that very important point.

All, This is my first attempt editing a wiki article--I did my best to find reliable sources for the facts I included in this rather substantial expansion.
