Incorrect information about the OSC[edit]

Sorry, but the article is incorrect: the director of the OSC was Yoshihide Hayashizaki. Having worked with Piero for 14 years I think that I should refrain from editing the page, but maybe some of the previous people who edited it can step up and use their common sense to decide how much details to give.
