Historical significance of the site[edit]

Thanks Appraiser for adding the NHL nomination text as a reference to the article. That text speaks to the technological advance that the site represents. Perhaps some of the excitement in that text could be added to the article, by quoting from it? doncram 23:32, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
