Vandalism[edit]

I noticed that the version of this article many edits prior is no different. The edits in between were either vandalism, incorrect or reverts. This might mean either low notability as indicated in two categories above, or that this article is an easy target for vandalism. mechamind90 00:11, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please add the following:

In 2020, construction of a new nearly 150 km long "Chumar-Pooh Road" was announced. It will link Chumar in Ladakh to Poo in Himachal Pradesh. The new Chumar-Pooh road, to be constructed by Border Roads Organisation (BRO) at a cost between Rs 2,500 to Rs 3,000 crore, is in addition to the 73 previously approved India-China Border Roads (ICBR). The new Chumar-Pooh road will cut down present 720 km long distance, which take 20 hours, to just nearly 150 km or 2 to 3 hours. Since Chumar is on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) and Pooh is 18 km by road from the LAC, the new road will also enable the faster deployment of troop.[1] 58.182.176.169 (talk) 14:08, 12 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Not done for now: Where would you like to add it? -322UbnBr2 (Talk | Contributions | Actions) 04:20, 14 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Option-1: Please add the above as the "transport section".

Option-2: Add the transport section and additionally, you may insert a heading "Culture" (or some other heading) just above "When A.H. Fanchke arrived".

Option-3: Add the above-mentioned text at the bottom of the article without heading.

Thank you. 58.182.176.169 (talk) 16:59, 14 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
