Neutral Point of View?[edit]

The majority of the header part of this article sounds like an ad to come live in Portland. Now I love it here, but thats not the way wikipedia works. From what I can see, most of this is copied or reworded from portlandtx.com the cities official website, which is completely pro-move to Portland. Not a suburb of Corpus Christi[edit]
