First stab at assessment[edit]
This is clearly a stub, or barely more than one; less clear is its importance: I rate it as High, because of its importance as an empirical datum for the very important issue of the efficient market hypothesis. --- Charles Stewart(talk) 14:13, 8 May 2007 (UTC)
