[edit] Plagiarism from source used by earlier editors
A copyright violation template is now on this article. Much material (some deleted now) from this article constructed by earlier editor(s) has been plagiarized from what were unidentified sources; the article lacks citations to a glossary definition from nolo.com from which it appears to have taken material. I added this item in a new EL section so that comparisons can be made between this "article" and that glossary definition posted in that site, which is copyrighted. I've added this article to the copyright violations noticeboard. [Also deleted strange unsigned, undated material from this talk page.] --NYScholar (talk) 22:41, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
