This article is unneccessary. Each of case description deserves its own page. Unless you want to make this article a list similar to the List of United States Supreme Court Cases I would split this article up. --Cdogsimmons 22:24, 12 October 2006 (UTC)

• This article is a completely arbitrary list of cases; it doesn't even attempt to relate to its supposed subject, public order crime. Instead, this list is a selected list of some of the important sexual/marital privacy cases. It needs to be retitled, at best; I propose Sexual privacy case law in the United States. --Lquilter (talk) 17:44, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
