Unusual?[edit]

"They carry oxygenated blood which is unusual" That's nonsense! I think it is USUAL in the mammalian world for pulmonary veins to carry oxygenated blood. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.148.39.68 (talk) 01:51, 29 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Simplistic[edit]

The description of the pulmonary veins here are far too simplistic and non-informative. Made useful edits and additions but they are rolled back for reasons unknown. Anomalous and variant pulmonary vein anatomy are separate categories but this was deleted....
