Article about Town or Planning Area?[edit]

@MageLam: Per WP:COMMONNAME and WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, Queenstown refers to the satellite town and NOT the "Queenstown Planning Area". This article is ambiguous about what it is trying to explain. The infobox in this article states the population as 98,050 which is the population of the planning area.
