I believe that we should include text to state that the acharyaship of Rakeshprasad is currently in dispute. The matter has already been up to the Indian Supreme Court once and the Court vacated the removal of Ajendraprasadji Maharaj who was Rakeshprasad's predecessor in the gaadi. 188.8.131.52 21:40, 3 November 2007 (UTC)SS
It does not look like you have read the Supreme Court of India's decision! Better get an attorney to explain to you before you use the words such as “vacate”. It seems your knowledge is limited and based only on here say and not facts. The Court only disallowed him to amend the case currently being litigated in the Nadiad Court as of Today. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.108.40.206 (talk) 23:57, 18 March 2009 (UTC)
The article should be moved to Rakeshprasad, with redirect from the old article name. Honorifics, degrees, salutations, forms of address and titles do not belong in article names except to the minimum extent necessary for disambiguation from other articles about similarly named individuals.LeadSongDogcome howl! 19:32, 9 March 2011 (UTC)
