Miles and Keiko, Ro[edit]

This episode is pretty notable as it is the last in which all three of them appear. Miles and Ro do come back for a guest appearance later I think, but basically this is right before M+K go to DS9 and Ro... I don't actually remember what happened to her, sorry Ro. This episode I think really touched something disturbing about Miles and Keiko's relationship. They seemed very close but he just totally snubs her when she's 12. No doubt he is insecure about his romantic feelings for her in a young girl's body, but Miles always seemed like a guy who put his cares for his wife and daughter above personal things when it became really important. This isn't just some squabble where you can be stubborn to get your own way, there was no conflict here, he created the divide himself. It may be valuable to post links between this episode and the one in DS9 where Molly gets aged to age 18, since it is a similar (moreso reverse) situation with comparable troubles.
