Dr. Strangelove[edit]

I've added Dr. Strangelove to his filmography. This seemed significant to add considering his work with Kubrick and the fact that there isn't an existing consistency in terms of his roles in the other films in his filmography. I'm relatively new to making edits and this is my first talk page addition. If I'm wrong in thinking I should add this, please direct me to an explanation of what qualifies as something worthy of being added to a filmography, I couldn't find a guide when searching on google. Filmography credits in the articles of film editors, etc. are usually restricted to films where the article subject was the principal editor or or co-editor ("above the line" credits). Lovejoy was an assistant editor on Dr. Strangelove; it's doubtful that he played a substantial role in shaping the film, so I would not list the film in the filmography. I don't think of them as notable. There are exceptions to this rule, but they should be explained including sources. As in this article, early credits are sometimes noted in the body of the article when they are likely to have been an important in the development of an editor.
