sum of parts?[edit]

This article does not seem to say anything useful. I can only assume that "recycling" in this context is in the ordinary sense of "reusing?" If so, then as a sum of parts, perhaps this article should be deleted or merged (into something like "antimatter" or "uses of antimatter"). Nicole Sharp (talk) 03:17, 12 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
