Move and scope[edit]

This move should be reflected by a change in scope. The original article [1] referred specifically to France and the USA, while the current version [2] deals in detail with France, the reference to the USA having been removed.

The new name suggests to me a much wider scope not just in the countries covered but in the types of institutions covered too. I could be wrong. Andrewa (talk) 06:21, 12 May 2013 (UTC)
