Perhaps "palindromic" should link to the palindromic sequence article rather than the palindrome article? The latter is mentioned in the former, but it's certainly not obvious.Tim (talk) 23:47, 25 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Possible Article Improvements[edit]

It's clear that this article is lacking in the amount of information being represented. Although the two presented sources are reliable, more information can be employed from multiple sources involving the many applications of DNA restriction sites. Alongside with this, an addition of diagrams to show the sites of restriction could assist readers in understanding the topic in more depth.
