Least valued unit[edit]

This article says "On March 4, 2009, the São Tomé and Príncipe dobra became the least valued currency unit for the first time in history." But that is contradicted by least valued currency unit; it says the least valued currency is from Somalia, or from Vietnam going by the official rate.
