I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Sami Al-Arian indictments and trial's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "Laughlin-plea":

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 21:33, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Merge proposal[edit]

It appears that an article, Rashad Hussain's comments on Sami Al-Arian, was created some time ago solely to discuss some blog controversies that could probably be better summarized here. Thoughts? Thargor Orlando (talk) 14:54, 29 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Somewhat strange downplaying of the role of Sheikh Abdullah Ramadan (Ramadan Abdullah Shallah)[edit]

Before this individual (who owed his presence in the U.S. to Sami Al-Arian, and worked closely with Sami Al-Arian) suddenly disappeared in 1995 and then popped up in Damascus as the external head of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Sami Al-Arian had no federal legal problems -- he only had some public relations problems and university relations problems. It was Ramadan Abdullah Shallah who focused the attention of the FBI on Sami Al-Arian, and seemingly the FBI's dissatisfaction with or disbelief of Sami Al-Arian's blanket denials of any knowledge of Ramadan Abdullah Shallah's activities and affiliations which laid the foundations for most of Sami Al-Arian's subsequent legal difficulties. I find it a little strange that this article barely mentions Ramadan Abdullah Shallah (and without much context), and instead starts in medias res in 2003...
