copyediting[edit]

I have looked at the first several sections, but the remainder will most likely need to be rewritten. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of info on the web about this town, so it would best be done by an expert or someone who has access to the necessary info. --Soulparadox 00:58, 10 May 2012 (UTC)

Tried to edit and clean up[edit]

This article is a very tough nut to crack for a number of reasons. First, the article itself appears to have been written by a non-English speaker, which makes clear grammatical correction difficult. Second, the article appears to have been written by a member of the town's chamber of commerce. Third, there are many regional-specific acronyms and designations in the article which are not readily translatable.

I concur with the prior talk page comment - a subject matter expert needs to clean up this article. Dkendr (talk) 14:57, 20 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Deletions[edit]

In process of copy-editing, I removed quite a few POV and theoretical statements from this article; it doesn't require an expert on India to remove unencyclopedic claims. Even so, I did not remove all of them, requesting quantification on a few. I minimized description of the initiatives of the state of Rajasthan because this is an article about Sanchore, and those initiatives are only important to this article as they impact Sanchore.
