I can't find an actual statement saying it's waffle house, but after going there nearly every night for a while and every weekend for years, I know quite well that it is waffle house, possibly which one it is too. It looks like the misted up window of ... anything.... Is there ANYTHING in the image that identifies clearly that it's a Waffle House? Or is there any interview with the band or producer(s) which corroborates that? — David Spalding Talk/Contribs 18:46, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
