  • The first source ([1], dated July 1, 2007) reads:
Joan Pujol.
Study on the creation of a Scout group in Andorra
The possible opening of a Scout group in Andorra was discussed during the last days between the commissioners, the counselors and the intenational responsable of the Scouts and Bishop Joan-Enric as well as vicar general Joan Pujol. (...)
  • The second ([2], Minutes of the European Scout Committee, 13-15 June 2008) says:
Paolo Fiora reported on work being done in Andorra with those that have expressed an interest in trying to establish Scouting there.

[edit] One of five, or one of six?

DuncanHill, you can stop with the snotty edit summaries. Yes, the cite says one of six. It has not been updated properly. PRC China has existing Scouting, and the people at WOSM are not the fastest to change. There is no need for you to make a crusade out of this, at this point it is just WP:POINT pushing on your part and serves to purpose to improve this article.--Chris (クリス • フィッチ) (talk) 02:57, 3 September 2010 (UTC)

Do you have a reliable reference for one of five? As it is, we have a reference for one of six, but we do not have one for one of five. You can't have a sentence saying "one of five" and support it with a reference for "one of six". You were asked months ago for a reliable source for scouting in PRC, and still have not produced one. I appreciate that you have never welcomed my input to Scouting matters on Wikipedia, but really we cannot have a claim like "one of five" without a reference. • Can we not say something along the lines of "According to WOSM in 2009 .. is one of six, but with Scouting now in the PRC, this may be outdated". That needs 2 references of course. This does seem a small matter to get heated about. --Bduke (Discussion) 00:04, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
