Does anyone know? Where does the name "Seemingly unrelated regression" come from?
- The name first appeared in Zellner (1962), and he didn’t go into details why he called it such. Maybe it's obvious: the equations are “seemingly unrelated” ? // stpasha » 18:14, 8 May 2010 (UTC)
