At a recent routine physical, I had a sinus node rate of 53 bpm and was tagged with sinus bradycardia. I have been asymptomatic, I think, except that I happened to experience some unexplained dizziness a couple of days before the physical. And I have been noticing that I'm much more tired in the afternoons, despite getting what has always been "enough sleep" each night.
