NPOV Dispute[edit]
Seperated Voting section from Season Results for clarity. Under Season Results there are many instances of subjective terms and personal opinion present. Comments stating that contestants had "golden voices" are in clear violation of Neutral Point of View. Not everyone can agree on these opinions. Biased[edit]
This is biased. Seems like Sirasa TV itself posted this.
This program was a lame attempt to copy american idol, and then ended up as a money making scam. I think this doesn't even deserve a place in Wiki.
True to the people above, and before it said something about a season 1 having a person called Tashiya De Mel. What this thing had for season 2 and 3, was actually ment to go into season 1 and 2.
The host is horrriiibble... and the judges are major suck ups, they say that every performers good, when the whole reason they're there is to give constructive critisism. And have you seen the way the contestants become big headed after they take part, like they're the greatest singers in sri lanka, when they're not even close. Removal of Some External Links[edit]
There are some irrelevant links in the External Links section that should not be kept. I'm removing them, stating reasons here below,
- Links to each competitor's personal homepage/ blog -- It is not fair to link only few people's websites. If each competitor is going to maintain a website, are we going to list all of them? Also, please note that external links get NOFOLLOW links, meaning simply you won't be able to increase your pagerank by linking your site here.
- Dead links.
- Links that do not provide any additional information about Superstar.
- Links that appear to be spam (an individual's blog/ youtube channel containing irrelevant videos/ websites that need registration to view content/ etc.)
I'm doing this to improve the neutrality of the article, so the majority will find it acceptable. :-)
Also, you can help by finding related articles from reliable news sources like, online newspapers and magazines.
