SmartAsk premiered on CBC Radio on September 21, 2001. Charlottetown Rural High School (Prince Edward Island) defeated Mount Pearl High School (Newfoundland and Labrador) 250-210. It premiered on CBC Television on December 2, 2001, with Balcarres School (Saskatchewan) defeating Woodstock High (New Brunswick) 1000-980. Its final episode aired April 22, 2004, with Templeton Secondary School (Vancouver, British Columbia) defeating Bishops College School (Lennoxville, Quebec) 860-560. --OntarioQuizzer 17:29, 30 Jul 2004 (UTC)
