I've never seen the term "snow industry" before. Does it mean ski resorts? Or is snow for some reason exported from the mountainous region? Michael Hardy (talk) 05:15, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

"Highest coolest"[edit]

Why are the mountains listed as "the highest coolest Australian mountain range"? Just someone being silly, or a genuine climatalogical point? 86.132.138.248 (talk) 19:46, 9 December 2009 (UTC)

I remember seeing that edit when it was made a few weeks ago, and I sort of wondered the same thing, but I forgot about it and didn't know it was still in the article. I've removed it for now, as it does sound a bit strange - but I wouldn't have a problem if someone wants to re-add it if it's true, probably with a reference and slightly different wording than "coolest".
