There seems to be missing an image of the actor at the top of the page. Siiverei 17:16, 25 June 2006 (UTC)
According to Wikipedia Japan, his daughter is not Reiko Chiba. His daughter is Julie Manase.
- I'm removing the reference to Reiko Chiba until someone can provide a source. Hill of Beans 21:58, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
sonny chiba - ninjutsu
Does anyone know what is meant here by "Ninjutsu"? Is the author talking about Bujinkan Taijutsu or Genbukan or what? Or could Mr Chiba be guilty of talking up his history? 22.214.171.124 07:17, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
It is not possible to have a fourth degree black belt in Ninjutsu...ninjustu does not exist in that way as a martial art. I deleted this. Dwslassls —Preceding undated comment added 01:29, 15 November 2011 (UTC).
I'm unfamiliar with a Toyota Sunny - is there a possibility that perhaps this should be Nissan/Datsun? Nissan/Datsun have produced a series of cars under the "Sunny" since the 1960's and I would think it unlikely for Toyota to use the same title.

I have noticed this article is lacking in external links. Also the current external links needed to be updated and slightly corrected; which I have done for the most part. I will look for better external links to add to this page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tokyogaijin (talk • contribs) 19:46, 8 September 2009 (UTC)
Sonny Chiba is awesome, but in Kill Bill it was his great acting, not martial skills, that were of acclaim. This is confusing in the opening statement, because indeed Sonny Chiba was one of the first popular martial artists in cinema (although the 2nd reference claims he surpassed Bruce Lee? probably excusable as the reference is nationally partial to Mr. Chiba) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.8.131.52 (talk) 19:14, 12 August 2010 (UTC)
