HiFD drive formatting problems[edit]

The article does not mention that a floppy formated at 1.44 MB by the superdisk could not be read by the standard drives! This fact would also contribuit to the non-acceptance of the new drives. I don't know if the sony drives suffered from this problem.

I'm almost certain this is not true. Do you have a source for this claim? Maury 17:12, 20 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
