I think this is an interesting area of research in that it focuses on the use of nest space. Because the article focuses on spacial organization and its being an emergent property from a complex social group, it is novel enough to be presented as a page that is separate from the eusociality article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nduong (talkcontribs) 05:40, 7 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think it is worth having this as a separate article from "eusociality". "Eusociality" is mostly about cooperation and how it evolved, not about mechanisms of organization. I like this article because it is a new interesting field of research. -AD

Spatial organization in social insects is an important enough topic to warrant its own page. Although related to eusociality, the emphasis and relevancy of other topics is non-overlapping. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.196.193.96 (talk) 23:40, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There is now an additional section on 'Eusociality' which discusses self-organization generally in social insects, and a link is provided to 'Spatial Organization in Social Insects' within text.-JJ —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jennyjandt (talkcontribs) 00:08, 7 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm still not too sure but we'll let other, more experienced users, weigh in on this. I've moved it per the naming conventions, eliminating the title case capitalization. xenocidic (talk) 00:15, 7 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Suggested move[edit]

I suggest moving this page to one titled "Spatial organization". It would be more general, and the social insect topic could be one example. Jennyjandt (talk) 00:51, 9 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Done. I moved the page for you. Keep up the good work. xenocidic (talk) 15:38, 9 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
