Netherlands[edit]

The section about the Netherlands is wrong. It confuses a “periodieke opdracht” (= standing order, e.g. monthly payment of a fixed amount) with a “doorlopende machtiging” (= recurrent direct debit authorisation). The latter is applicable for, e.g. electricity bills that vary in amount depending on use. -- David N.
