This isn't a great article, it needs a lot of work if we're keeping it.
Could someone find a more up-to-date description of a typical stay-away and the form of communication that surrounds them; the SW Radio Africa page seems to be refering to a singular event as most civic bodies do not support the attempted stay-aways anymore.
