Neutrality??[edit]

I understand why this article is tagged for neutrality investigation. HOWEVER, it looks more like it is a One Source issue. Mr. Pyles has opened a new restaurant in Dallas and has done a great deal of traveling since this was written and there are perhaps some new sources to expand. I will research and list some new sources and try to expand and get rid of the feeling that it lacks neutrality. As always, I hope to attract some other writers to assist in this endeavor!
